Hi Bill:

Thanks for your interest in our students. However, each of these say "10 years experience required" or "Must have been in responsible charge of ...", things like that. None of our kids will have 10 years experience.

I understand that it's hard to pick out those jobs which will be of interest to a new graduate, and I am more that happy to cull through them, but have to admit that I just toss those that don't have a chance of a reply. I don't want the students to have to pick through 50 emails to read one of interest, or they start to consider it spam and ignore them all.

On the other hand, if it makes sense to forward it to the students, I am more than happy to do that. I can't let the next one in until I get rid of these.
